Hurricane Sandy has prompted the early deployment of this page for harnessing the powering of crowd mapping and social media to keep track of road and utility problems in Greenwich, Connecticut, USA. If you see a problem simply click "Submit a Report" and fill in the information.

1. Title: Enter type of problem
2. Description: Describe the problem and time you saw it
3. End Time: If you know when it will be over check box and enter time
4. Check the category of the problem
5. Map Location: IMPORTANT Drag the red diamond to the location of the problem. Zoom in if necessary. (If the diamond is not visible click on the pencil icon and then the location.)
6. Location Name: Type an address or intersection
7. Photo: If you have a photo you can upload it and attach it.
8. Other info: Feel free to enter your name, email, a news link or other source.
